The information provided in the Sales List is supplied by the Owner or Agent. The Eriskay Pony Society has no responsibility for the information provided. It is the responsibility of the Enquirer to check that the information provided is valid.
The Eriskay Pony Society strongly advises all potential purchasers to have ponies vetted prior to purchase, and to obtain passport(s) at the time of purchase.
To advertise your pony / item for sale or wanted in our Sales List, please contact Alison Gibbs via the 'Contact Us' tab above.
When you submit an advert, please try and give as much relevant information as you can, such as sex, age, height, colour, and what the pony has done, while keeping the advert succinct.
Adverts cost £20 (members) and £30 (non-members); adverts stay on the list until the pony / item is sold. The adverts also appear in our newsletter that is sent out to all members.
Should you want any advice on buying or selling an Eriskay, or on it's suitability for given purpose, Alison will be happy to help you.
The Eriskay Pony Society endeavours to keep the Sales List up to date but is dependent on the Owner or Agent to provide the status of any item in the Sales List. Please remember to contact Alison once you have sold your pony so that it can be removed from the list.
When you sell your pony, please pass on details of the Society and membership. Membership details can be found here. Please also remind the purchaser that they will have to register the change of ownership with our Registrar. The fee for registering a transfer of ownership is £5.
